Explore the main historic and archaeological sites across Egypt, including the cities of Cairo, Luxor and Aswan in an unforgettable 9-day trip. Your visit includes the three pyramids of Giza, sphinx, the valley temple, ancient temples of Aswan, including the magnificent structures at Abu Simbel. Luxor highlights include the Temple of Karnak, Luxor Temple, and the Royal tombs at the Valley of the Kings.

ITINERARY:

  • Day 1
    • Arrival to Cairo – Welcome to the Land of the Pharaohs
    • Your visit director will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport.

    • Transfer to your hotel in Cairo.

    • Overnight in Cairo at your 5-star hotel. Welcome Drink

  • Day 2
    • Breakfast at your Hotel in Cairo
    • A guided tour of Sakkarra, famous for its Stepped Pyramid. 
    • Tour the new Imhotep museum.
    • Visit the Giza Plateau with the seventh wonder of the world, Cheops Pyramid, and the inscrutable Sphinx.
    • NOTE: Your guide can arrange entry to the Great pyramid, or a camel ride while you are there.

    • Transfer back to your hotel and spend the night in Cairo.

    • Meals included: Breakfast

  • Day 3
    • Breakfast at your hotel in Cairo
    • Enjoy a guided tour of the new Grand Egyptian Museum where you will marvel at King Tut’s treasures. At over 5 million square feet the museum is the largest in the world dedicated to a single civilization.
    • NOTE: If the Grand Egyptian is not open at the time of your travel you will tour the Egyptian National Museum.

    • Transfer back to your hotel and spend the night in Cairo.

    • Meals included: Breakfast

  • Day 4
    • Check out from Cairo hotel after breakfast
    • Transfer to Cairo International Airport to catch the flight to Aswan.
    • Meet our team and check-into Aswan Hotel.
    • Tour the Temple of Philae, the Pharaohs Granite quarries with the unfinished obelisk and the Nubian Museum, a world class presentation of Nubia’s culture and history.
    • After the tour, staff will transfer you to your hotel where you will have a Nile view room.

      • Meals included: Breakfast

    • Day 5

      • Depart your hotel early in the morning for a road trip to Abu Simbel. Bring breakfast from the hotel.

      • Arriving, tour the famous temples of Ramses.

      • Return to Aswan, arriving about 2PM.

      • Rest of day free.

      • Meals included: Breakfast

    • Day 6

      • After breakfast, depart your hotel for a road journey to Luxor.

      • Along the way, stop to tour the Temple of Two Gods at Kom Ombo and the Temple of Horus at Edfu.

      • Arriving Luxor mid-afternoon to your hotel where you will have a Deluxe Nile view room.

      • Meals included: Breakfast

    • Day 7

      • Breakfast at your hotel

      • Early departure for the West bank and the Necropolis of Thebes where you will visit the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon.

      • In the afternoon, visit the famous Temples of Karnak and Luxor.

      • Transfer back to your hotel

      • Meals included: Breakfast

    • Day 8

      • Have your breakfast in the hotel and check out

      • Staff transfers you to the airport, assists with checking in for a morning flight to Cairo.

      • Arriving, enjoy a tour of Old Cairo with its famous churches and synagogue, the Citadel of Salah el Din, bane of the crusaders and the Khan el Khalili bazaar where travelers have been finding bargains since the middle ages

      • Check-in to a Cairo hotel where you will have a Deluxe room.

      • Meals included: Breakfast.

    • Day 9

      • Breakfast at Hotel

      • Check out from Hotel

      • Transfer to Cairo International Airport for departure

    All transfers by air-conditioned vehicle relating to the tour program starting with arrival to Cairo. (baggage handling does NOT include tips for bellmen, porters, etc.).
